Smoothie Fun

Smoothies! Yum! Who doesn't love a good smoothie, am I right? Smoothies are the best thing to drink during the spring or summer time and it leaves you feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated.

These smoothies are not only energizing, but helps with weight loss. You know the old saying, "A smoothie a day keeps the doctors away!" 

If you have a busy week, go ahead and make baggies with certain fruits inside them. 

My personal favorite is a little tropical.

Tropical Sunrise

1 Banana

1 cup Strawberries

1/2 cup Mango

I personally like to use milk, but Greek Yogurt works just as well.

This fruity-licious drink will make you feel like you're on a tropical paradise somewhere far away. This little number would be perfect for those hard Mondays or TGIF. 

Pineapple Swirl

1 cup Raspberries

1 1/2 cup Pineapple

1 cup Mango

1/2 Banana

Milk or Greek Yogurt

Pineapple swirl is yet another tasty tropical vacation. You can mix up any fruits together, but these are the best combinations in my eyes!

Jealous Trip

1 Grapefruit

1 Banana

1 cup Pineapple

1 cup Spinach

Milk or Greek Yogurt

This green energy drink is not to be confused with Monster energy drink! Jealous Trip will keep you focused and energized throughout the day and no crashing later. Don't be fooled when you want another one of this drink, hence the name Jealous Trip. Your taste buds will be jealous of any other drink they experience. 

Kiwi Masterpiece

1 Kiwi

1 1/2 cup Watermelon

1 1/2 cup Grapes

Milk or Greek Yogurt

Anything with Kiwi is a masterpiece. I've loved kiwi's since I was little and this smoothie brings back the memories. The sweet and tangy sensation will make your mouth water, only wishing you could make another after another. But too much of something is never a healthy idea!

Fruit Blast

1 cup Raspberries

1 Orange

1/2 Banana

1 cup Mango

Milk or Greek Yogurt

The more fruit the better! Everyone loves fruit, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this post. Either way! Give this one a try! Maybe even spice it up with an umbrella and a relaxing day in the hammock. However, don't forget your workout!

Berry Refresh

1 cup Raspberries

1 cup Blueberries

1 cup Strawberries

1 cup Spinach

Milk or Greek Yogurt

You can always remove certain berries if you don't prefer them! Maybe try switching up the smoothies with Milk and Greek Yogurt and find your preference. 

Aaaannnnddd there are your 6 weight loss smoothies! If you like your fruit frozen, then put them in the freezer and not fridge. I hope you enjoyed this and I would love to hear your favorite smoothie you tried!
